ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,

Although you have given so many symptoms and the feeling of block is present you may still be perfectly all right but lets be sure right:

1. Take only warm fluids and avoid anything cold
2. Do not strain when you speak, you have not mentioned if there is any voice change and if you have a history or job which has vocal abuse.
3. Avoid spicy and oily food for a while and do not immediately lie down when you have a meal.
4. Always keep a flask of warm water and drink it whenever you feel dry without frequently clearing your throat.

If all the above do not work then you need to go for and ENT consult and make sure you do an Upper GI endoscopy to rule any any problem and be completely sure.
