ENT Specialist 's  Response
HI I have gone through your mail and as you said that you have white patches in back part of throat, you are also feeling nasal obstruction due to your sinus infection and difficulty in breathing, you are having pain on swallowing and this pain radiate to lower jaw and both ears. After considering your all complaints,I would like to tell you that basically you are having acute upper respiratory tract infection which includes nose and paranasal sinuses, and tonsil.Tonsils are having white patches, means they are acutely inflamed having pus pockets which are looking like white patches.these acutely inflamed tonsils give rise to radiating pain to lower jaw and ears.now you consult your E.N.T.specialist for physical examination and clinical co-relation and treatment.Thanks.
