Lower Back Pain With Pressure To Right Leg After Laminectomy Surgery For Numbness, Tiredness In Legs. Is This Sciatic Pain?

I have had 2 laminectomy surgeries in the past 5 years curing my numbness and extreme tiredness in my legs. the last one about 7 months ago, but now I have even worse lower back pain increased by downward pressure on my right leg. We are now going to do an epidermal shot in the sciatic area to see if that could be the area or origin of my problem. I cannot be on my feet walking or standing without some back pain increasing with time. I would appreciate any thoughts on this Richard Hall

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the disc problem, some where down the previous surgery. Fresh M.R.I, may reveal the problem involved. It is advisible to have a conservative treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, ofloxacin, acyclophenac sodium, and paracetamol.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,
and protein rich foods.
Avoid taking potato, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
