Helloo .. vaginal discharge can be a cause of low back ache !! So the discharge needs to be evaluated.
See your doctor who will get a vaginal smear examined for evidence of infection. Depending upon the infection antibiotics will be required. Also an internal exam will give us information on the health of the uterus. There could be an infection at the mouth of the uterus or on both sides of the uterus, which will again need antibiotics.
Simple analgesics will help to reduce the intensity of the back pain. And appropriate antibiotics will treat the cause.
Back pain on the Day 5 of the fever, may need to check out on your hygiene during the cycles as well. Improper hygiene could be the cause of this infection.
Hope have been able to remove your anxiety and help you .
With best wishes
