Lower Back Pain, Shivering Hands, Shortness Of Breath. Causes For Symptoms?

I am experiencing pain in my lower back, and my doctor had ran test which show blood in my urine , not visible to the eye but in lab results. I have shaking in my hands and feel short of breath when becoming active with normal daily activites. My doctor had run some test but i dont think this is being taken as serious as it should. can you help.

Hi,
This could be a urine infection. Common symptoms include lower back pain and blood in the urine. The shaking you are experiencing could be due to the infection causing rigors.
The treatment would be antibiotics.
