Lower Back Pain, Pain During Intercourse, Blood In Urine, Abdominal Cramps, Frequent Urination And Bowel Movement

Hi- I have sharp pain (level 10) stabbing into my left hip- and across my lower back, with pain down my left leg to knee and numbness in left shin. Night sweats that wake me up, then chills, blood in urine following intercourse, pain during intercourse , abdominal cramping. No energy, fatigue, puffy feeling, Bloating. Foul smelling discharge and more than normal.. The feeling of bearing down when urinating and having a bowel movement. Frequent urnating 2-4 time a night. Thirsty.

Thanks for the query

From the history you are giving me, it looks like you are suffering from a urinary tract infection. However I feel since there are multiple issues, this is how you should go about it

1. Approach a physician for a clinical examination, do not ignore the matter any further
2. Avoid intercourse until you have approached a doctor
3. Get a urine routine and culture
4. Complete blood count and RBS
5. USG Abdomen and Pelvis.
You will have to be treated with anti biotics depending on the test report
