Lower Back Pain, Numb Toes, Pain In Legs, Feeling Of Swollen Pads, Hip Spurs, Arthritis

I have a lower back pain, now I have numbing toes and feels like swollen pads on the bottom of my feet all the time, I have pain that radiates down my out side right leg & I have to keep adjusting my leg to keep the pain away, I also have hip spurs & arthritis in my lower back & hips. OUCH all the time. I cannot sleep at all any more, My problem is that I am worried about my feet & toes. The pain does not go away. what do you think it is?

Hi, it appears that you have pain in the lower back, and feet and toes. you didn't mention your age. If you are more than 60 years, it could be osteoarthritis. If less than that it could be due to the arthritis.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon. you may need to have M.R.I. for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
