Lower Back Pain, Cramps, Vomiting, Spotting For 2 Days. Pregnancy Test Negative. Suggestion?
My last menstrual was 11/4/12 and I ve been spotting for two days. I have low back pain and abd cramping for 3 days with no signs of period. I vomited once today. My doctor ordered a blood test for pregnacy and result came back negative. I m not really sure what s going on or should I seek a doctor for other test ? Pls help !

Get a pelvic ultrasound done to r/o pregnancy related issues,
If all is normal this may be Pelvic Inflammatory disorder,the gynac shall give you forther advice and medication,
