Hello. Welcome to hcm
Intermittent fever is a problem which needs to be handled with proper care. There can a variety of causes from infection, to immune system dysfunction. You need to be examined properly and investigated accordingly. As you have low back pain with fever and doctors finding a problem with urine report,it must be a problem in your urinary system. From localised abscess to infection in bladder or kidney might be the cause.
I advice you to undergo ultrasound scan. The cause can be found out and treated accordingly. Antibiotics should not be given unless infection is proved.
If pathology in urinary system is ruled out, then you should undergo a fever profile where you need to be checked for infection like malaria to tuberculosis and then treated accordingly.
