Lower Back Pain And Onset Of Fever. Why Smelly Gas?

Hi. I have really bad lower back pai. To ibgt with a sudden onset of fever . I took 3 Advil over an hour ago. I still ha e fever and ache in my lower back. I exercise regularly and eat pretty healthy. I have had pretty yucky smelling gas and have been a little irregular this week. I had some sharp pains earlier this week from pressure agai st my anal are (gas). The pains almost dropped me to my knees. The fever is new to ibgt and I feel miserable.
