test, there is no option but to consult a gynecologist for confirmation, dating of pregnancy and for treatment.
So early on in pregnancy, you cannot feel anything by pressing the lower abdomen.
It is not normal for the stool to be black.
You should inform this also to your gynecologist, because it means there is some minor bleed somewhere in the gastrointestinal tract, causing dark discolouration of stool
