Lower Abdominal Pain After Taking I-pill

just before mf gf periods, we han an unprotected sex and she had to take the ipill twice before the periods,now she is havinf pain lower abdomen and also inflammatory sign during the passing of urine.please help

Lower abdominal pain could due to her cycles but the it seems she might have a UTI for which antibiotics are needed.These could be pre menstrual cramps.
