I felt pain in my lower left abdomen after completing my first set of crunches in the gym the other day. I did leg lifts and regular crunches. It felt like my muscles were turning inside out. It was so painful that I couldn t, immediately, get off the floor of the gym and I felt like throwing up. This has happened to me before but this time was the worst it s ever been.
