Hello,
Your symptoms suggest that you could be suffering from vaginitis; associated pelvic infection also is a possibility considering the pain. You need to have a complete evaluation by a specialist including local exam, vaginal swab, cervical swab and a pap smear. Blood counts and urinalysis and a pelvic sonogram are needed to rule out urinary and pelvic infections. Once the cause is cornered, treatment becomes easy. Your partner may also need treatment. Please maintain genital hygiene. Hope this helps.
