Pregnancy is possible only, if unprotected sexual intercourse is done with ejaculation around ovulation time in regular period. Ovulation occurs approx 14 days before due date. Sometimes precum or prostatic fluid, secreted prior to ejaculation, causes pregnancy in some percentage. Therefore, you must undergo one home pregnancy test with urine or blood test for beta HCG to check pregnancy status after your missed period.

White discharge may be seen prior to commence of period also due to effect of progesterone hormone. If there is no itching/ bad smell, then you have nothing to worry. In case of persistent heavy discharge, some antibiotic treatment may require. Here, maintenance of genital hygiene is the key.

Try to avoid stress/ tension/ anxiety, take healthy diet with iron supplements, drink more water, control body wt and take a sound sleep.

Be well & take care.
