Lower Abdominal Bloating And Pain In Upper Right Stomach On Intake Of Adderall. Change Of Medicine Suggested?

i experience uncomfortable lower abdominal bloating and pain in my upper right stomach when i take 20 mg XR adderall. i know it is related to the adderall. i began taking the medication a little over a week ago and started experiencing the same stomach issues i had not associated with adderall when i was taking it a few years ago. i eat pretty similarly to when im not taking it, and i make an effort to stay hydrated. i also take in enough fiber.
do i need a different medication or is there something i can try to relieve the bloating?

Amphetamine is a central nervous system stimulant and bound to cause fullness, heaviness, bloating in stomach.
Mood elevator and develops excitement.
Usually it takes 15 days time to adjust medicine ,so either wait or use some antacid syrup ( with oxytacaine) and you will get relief from bloating type symptoms.
