Low Pulse Rate

I have a low pulse of 58, but my blood pressure is okay. My pulse normally is like 64, and up but for the past few days has been a bit on the low side. Is this ok?

Hi well come to HCM.
People doing regular exercise have pulse rate on lower side, because of conditioned
heart. In your case if the rhythm is normal and if you are comfortable need not bother
for that. Pulse rate is never constant it goes up and down during 24 hrs in relation of
your activity. 64 previous and now 58 is your variation due to your activity.
thanks
