Hi, My pressure was in the 80 s / 48 with a pulse going below 60. A few days ago I started taking magnesium and potassium supplements plus eating magnesium rich foods like cashews and almond butter, etc. My pressure went up to 110 / 70 and now 100 / 59 but I was feeling light headed now and my pulse is 103. What s going on?
