Low Grade Fever, Headache, Sinus Pressure, Cough, Eye Discharge. Mucinex- D Taken, Z-pack Taken Previously. Advise?

I have a low grade fever (99.4), lots of sinus pressure, a headache, and a slight cough (worse at night). The mucous is yellowish, and I coughed up something that looked green this morning. I had a sinus infection two weeks ago and was given a Z-pack to clear it up. That worked, but now this is happening. I also woke up with lots of "goop" in my left eye, but I cleaned it with a warm cotton-ball and things are better as of now. I took 1200mg of Mucinex-D this morning and Nyquil last night to sleep.

Go to your doctor to examine you and request sinus radiography.Sinus infection is a very recurrent pathology and often becomes chronic .The treatment have taken not resolved the infection.
Probably you need antibiotic treatment.Your doctor ,in function of your symptoms, exploration and radigraphy, will decide.I wish you good health.
