hello,
as per the details u have given, i advise you to get the correct detailed reports , whether this blood test for typhoid is positive or negative.. most of the laboratories are following WIDAL TEST for diagnosis of typhoid..but keep in mind widal test is not the confirmatory test or the definitive diagnostic test . so we can not relay upon widal test alone , we need to correlate the blood reports with the clinical symptoms also..
but in your case the typhoid is unlikely , why becoz you will become very sick, and fever will be step-ladder type in typhoid , that means , fever raises day by day , and lose of weight is also seen..

iam suspecting a VIRAL FEVER in your case , any take the detailed lab reports and i can guide you ,if u come back with reports..

i advise you
1. complete haemogram and platelet count
2. blood for malaria
3.complete urine analysis
4.dengue serology
5. if u still suspecting typhoid fever go for blood culture dont trust widal test..

hope this will help u
I find this answer helpful
