Low Grade Fever. What Is The Reason?

I have been running a low grade fever of between 99 and 100 degrees every morning for roughly a little over 2 weeks. It would come and go throughout the first few days, but now it seems to dissipate after I am work for a about an hour. I feel mostly fine aside from that. I think my other symptoms are related to a completely different problem

99.degree.not a problem...100+.low grade continuous fever may be possibility of a TYPHOID...medication.Tab.Taxim-O 200mg (cefixime) TWO time for 14.days..tab paracetomol.500mg if fever 100+..avoid oily food.adequate rest is important......thank.
