1.Ginger tea is a great home remedy for constipation.
2.Add more fruits to the diet like pears, grapes , orange juice and papaya.
3.Give 3 teaspoons of isabgel husk with warm water or milk at bed time.
4.Give one teaspoon of castor oil with lukewarm water at bed time.
5.Give chopped fresh onion
6.Give 3 tablets of TRIPHALA
with warm water at bed time.
