Should i be concerned over low blood pressure,108 over 70.?

That is within a normal healthy range. For your interest - healthy blood pressure range is: systole: 90-120 diastole: 60-80 Hypotension (low blood pressure) can cause inadequate perfusion of brain tissue (that is the brain does not receive enough oxygen), which can manifest as fainting, dizziness and confusion. If you experience any of those signs you should go and see your doctor.
