Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You have not stated your personal habits, family history, or co-morbidities, even age or gender...which could influence the diagnosis and outcome...
Anaemia / arrhythmia has to be considered..
The body's balancing mechanism is in the inner ear. An ENT (Ear Nose Throat) specialist is the one to see first – they have special tests to confirm or exclude the contribution of the ear.
If there are no clues, you have to be followed up by a neurologist. EEG, MRI may be needed. MRA (MRI angiography) shows blood vessels and is generally done at the same sitting.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
