Low BP, Blurred Vision, Dizziness, Tiredness, Fatigue, Leg Cramps, Migraine. Done Colonoscopy, Had Hysterectomy. Help

I wish there was a Dr out there that could figure out what's happening to my body that Dr's can't seem to figure out here is a list of medical issues I've been dealing with in the past year to yr1/2 that I don't have answers to if you have any insight it would be greatly appreciated:)

(Loss of feeling in hands) on and off causing me to loss control of objects I am holding and fall out of my hand without warning, when I wake up they feel like rubber and are completely asleep causing no function.
(Leg/feet) with in 5-10 mins of sitting my legs and feet fall asleep/ severe cramping/Charlie horses impairing me from standing right away or walking. If standing for long periods of time my legs give out I loss strength and I have to sit or I will fall over.
(Low blood pressure) I eat a healthy diet, my two kids give me exercise but yet opposite of everyone in my family I have low blood pressure so bad I assume that why I get dizzy, blurred vision, faint , always extremely tired and fatigue. All Dr's advise is more salt in my diet I have enough salt and that is not a healthy solution.
( skin hives) any contact pressure to my skin on any part of my body automatically causes me to break out in hives and redness to the area. Have switched to all natural products for my hair and body and that doesn't seem to help
Dramatically went from average of 160 pounds for the last 21 years to 115 pounds in a matter of 2 months with no change to diet. Also went from on average passing stool once to twice a month to 4-6 a day had a colonoscopy results were normal the only way to maintain my weight now from declining any further is to eat triple the amount of food that I'm hungry for causing me to have stomach pain but helps to maintain some of the intake not to be all lost in my stool.
Also a chronic migraine sufferer
If there's anyone out there who can shed some light on me I'm only 32 and a mother of 2 children I've already had a hysterectomy, double mastectomy in the last 3 years and I just wanna feel healthy for my kids not feel like I am 80! Please help me

Hello madam,
Your symptoms suggest that you might be having hypothyroidism. Kindly get a Thyroid profile done. Also Nerve conduction studies of both upper and lower limbs would rule out any peripheral neuropathy. I would be more than happy, if i could be of further help to you.Wishing you good health.
