Lot Of Itching At The Back Due To Fissures And Excessive Salivation From Mouth

Hi This is Zia Abbas i was having fissures but as of now there is no pain no bleeding but there is a lot of itiching at the back and that to in the midnight and in the day hours to and the saliva comes from my mouth very much. Pls let me know what should i do.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it may not be fissure but seems to be allergic condition and it may be due to worm infestation for the fissure you will have to get done the clinical examination on tentative basis you can try oral antihistamine like Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg once in day, if this this is the confirmed fissure then surgery is the options you have till then it can be managed conservatively with sitz bath and applying Procresuline ointment care needs to be taken for constipation hope this information helps.
