it seems to me that you are having problems with sleep that is related to your two year old boy getting up at night times and having to take care of him. assuming that you used to have regular sleep hygiene
and routine before that time, i would recommend that you develop a good sleep routine for your 2 year old child so that you can sleep better. this could be one of many things that you could be doing to sleep properly, but seems like the most appropriate and likely issue that would solve your problem. i hope this helps !
