Loss of appetite. dizziness, lightheadedness, pressure under eye brows. Help?

Hi i have a loss of taste and appetite, when i go walking outside i feel dizzy and light headed to which i just want to sleep, i have never felt like this before but it been happening for 1 week now my nose on one side feels pressured and my eye brows feel really heavy my mouth tends to dry alot what could this be 24 male

There is chance you have a sinusitis problem which is making you light headed & sleepy & causing you to have loss of appetite. then further weakness due to inadequate nutrition making you feel dizzy as result of vicious cycle.
I would suggest you to see an EarNose Throat doctor & have a PNS xray done to rule out sinusitis.
Till then you might have a Sinarest/ Fenoxifenadine/Cetrizine/Levocetrizine I tab empty stomach per day with steam inhalation. But do see an specialist.
