Losing Weight, Blood In Stool, Feels Tired Abdominal Pain. Upper Part Full Of Feces Shown In Ultrasound?
my son 12 yrs old he has lost weight jan of this year 138 now 111lbs his been passing stools with blood streaks im so worried ive been to emergency room they did ultrasound and only said his upper part was full of feces im still waiting for approval from insurance to gi his always feeling tired abdominal pain his stool stink very bad

From your description I think he is having an obstruction in his Intestine. Another possibility is intussucception. Take him to a pediatric surgeon and if any of the above are present, he needs to undergo corrective surgery.
