Hi gentleman , thanks for the query. Each and every tests done but no finding means no pathological problems i.e no disease. Question is here that 3-5 times you have to pass stool usually early in the morning, gas formation, vomiting, loss of appetite. Is there weight loss? If yes grave, if not, need not to worry. Clear in your mind that all tests are normal so either water or un-boiled (half) food may be one reason or most important reason in your case is "ANXIETY". I have seen many cases where pt have to pass 4-5 times stool just during the time of examination or other important assignments. Good luck young boy answer of your disease is in your query.

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It could be Irritable Bowel Syndrome...
There is no mention - what exactly were the procedures and medicines?
Did they do Upper and Lower GI endoscopy? ('gastroscopy' & 'colonoscopy')
If there were no clues, you may have to be investigated for allergy, coeliac disease and so on
Capsule endoscopy and biopsy may help...
You should be followed up by a Gastro-enterologist...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
