Loose stools, fever. Taking crocin, norflox-tz. Dietary recommendations?

Hi, I m 42 year old male having loose motions and had fever also. From the medicine perspective I m having Crocin and Norflox TZ and before eating something I am having Mucaine syrup. Since last 2 days I m having 2 bananas with tea (without sugar, without milk and 1 fresh lime syrup) and 1 bread toast. Can i have a boiled egg with toast and with with black tea (without sugar, without milk and 1 fresh lime syrup)

Thanks for writing to us.,
Pls do take oral fluids in plenty. Fruit juices with a dash of Salt/ Tender coconut water with a pinch of salt/ Sweet Yoghurt/ ORS --or Electral Preparation/.
In addition you can have antispasmodics for abdominal cramps if you have.
Pls include Probiotics such as for Eg Nutrolin B and Sporolac //lactobacillus preparations to prevent superinfections.
These are in addition to what you are already taking as therapy.
Pls avoid Oily /spicy and Hard to eat food. Consume Band soft diet.
