Loose Motion With Stomach Ache Since 2 Days

Hello Doc , This is XXXXX and I m 20yrs old and from past two days I m having loose stools with fever and I consulted Homeopathy doctor but it hasn t stopped yet. Having very difficult while having stools and stomach ache too. Please advice!

u have got dysentry try oflox oz 1 tab 2 times a day for 5 days alongwith tab ranispas 1 tab 2 times a day x 2 days
