Psychiatrist 's  Response
Morning diarrhoea may not be directly related to your alcohol problem, unless you are a drinker for years together that has given rise to alcoholic autonomic neuropathy (which is uncommon usually, unless you have diabetes)

Indirectly, some kind of contamination with drugs or particular foods that you take with alcohol may be culprit

I would suggest to consult a gastroenterologist who might test stool osmolality etc and suggest further

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement Dr. Saurabh Gupta's  Response
Hi,

Please visit a gastroenterologist to undergo physical check up and also to undergo relevant investigations required so that proper treatment can be initiated early.

For temporary relief you can start eating low fiber (no more then 2 grams), and a low resin diet. That means that she should avoid nuts, popcorn, anything with seeds, or caffeine.
