Hi...I'm Simran age 19. I have thyroid ths 3.something. my weight is 85kg. i was 96kg and have loss 11kg. I drink 1 glass of milk in the morning after that i don't eat anything. Please recommend a good diet as i have college the whole day, i don't get time to eat.
Welcome to HCM i have read and understood your query I hope this will be helpful you can take two boiled eggs along with the milk.two boiled eggs hv only 92 calories and are lean protiens.which not only help increase metabolism,give you energy but also not cause an increse in weight.The concept of egg's contribution in increasing the weight is wrong.besides you can also take yougart which is again a lean protien and help boast metabolism.
