I do not think now this problem is from low sugar level. It seems to more of stress or anxiety. Make yourself relax. Do regular exercise or yoga to release your stress. Meditation and specially Sava Asana will help you a lot. Spend time with your dear ones. If this all does not help you than you need to consult your psychiatrist
and get proper counselling
and planned treatment.
Other causes for dizziness must be ruled out like Cervical spondylosis
, Anemia and Ear infection
