Lightheaded, Headaches, Numbness, Weakness, Unstable BP, Pulse. MRI Done. What Do The Results Indicate?

Hello, I have C4/5 posterior disc bulge centrally impressing the ventral CSF C5/6 psterior disc bulge extends centrally and increases to left w/ventral CSF ( has increased since last) C6/7 diminished disc space height & disc hydration loss w/posterior disc herniation impressing the ventral CSF w ecentric estension to the right marrpwomg tje amterpomferopr right foramina Also, prominent posterior T3 vertebral infiltration extending throught the right T3 Pedicleinto the right facet region.. Compatible w/ atypical hemangioma in this region. Lightheadedness , severe headaches , numbness, weakness, presycope, unstable blood pressure and heart rate . Thank you
