Lightheaded, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Upset Stomach, Headache And Burping. What Could This Be?

hi, my husband is feeling light headed and has had diarrhea since yesterday, he vomited yesterday complaining of an upset stomach, and he is burping a lot more than usual. He cant lay down because he says it feels like he will vomit again. also he has a headache since yesterday as well.he is 49 years old no chest pain or abdominal pain associated and no known medical issues please tell me what you think it might be and any other possibilities of what it could be... thank you

Thanks for query on HCM.
Diarrhea and vomiting suggest some stomach disturbance.
Most likely it looks to be dyspepsia after some heavy,oily,spicy diet.
It will recover within 24 hrs with rebeprazole/pantoprazole with domperidone.
Otherwise start proper antibiotic to subside any infection inside.
Levofloxacin,ornidazole will be helpful to subside infection.
Lacticacid bacillus is advisable.
Drink more water with buttermilk,fruit juices,ors formula.
Take paracitamol to subside headache.
Start medications under guidance of your family physician.
