Welcome to health acre magic!

I have gone through your question and there are few major aspect- delayed periods from June, weakness, nausea and breast tenderness.
You have not mentioned any reports her.

I would suggest you to visit a gynaecologist as these symptoms can be due to pregnancy as well as some other causes related to uterus.

Getting an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis-adenexa will tell the exact cause, and also if there is a pregnancy.
You can also do a urine pregnancy test at home, using a mid stream morning urine sample.

As it is been four months you had your periods, it will be wise to see a gynaecologist in person. if you are pregnant she will give you some important vitamins and a shot of Anti tetanus serum to keep baby healthy.
Hope the answer helps you.
