Light Headed, Migraine, Headache, No Vomiting, Appetite Dropped, Sharp Pains In Lower Back, Not Pregnant. Reason?

I ve been light headed for days, it started as a migraine on wednesday, had the headache until sunday, now i m light headed. No vomiting , my appetite has dropped but not significantly. I get sharp pains in my lower back and constant lower back pain . Shaky at times. I just finished my period on Saturday, so I m not pregnant.

It seems to be related to migraine. Light headedness and dizziness can occur along with migraine.
You can take betahistine tablets for relief of symptoms.
Later on, if symptoms are persisting, you can consult a neurologist.
