welcome to healthcaremagic
iheart attack can occur in any body
if doctor has suspected of acute leukaemia you should immediately get yourself checked up and investigations to be done to confirm or rule out and take proper treatment
both the condition can occur
it is essential that a proper diagnosis should be reached and treatment to be started if required
