Lethargic, Sleepy, Pressure In Spine, Burning Eyes. History Of Open Heart Surgery

Hi! i am amit .i am 38 years old .i had a open heart surgery of hole in the heart when i was 5 years old.few years back a small hole still found in my heart .the doctor told me not to bother as it was very small hole.i don t feel pain in my heart but i feel lethargic and sleepy all the day specially early morning and after 2 pm: i also feel pressure in my spine early morning.and burning sensation in the eyes.please tell me some medicine or cure for my lethargy situation

HI
Dont worry about hole in heart as it small but do regular follow up and keep watch on size and pressure change related to hole and best is to undergo 2D Echo examination regularly and as&when required ,
for lethargic problem try following thing first
quit any form of tobacco use if you are using ,
limit your alcohol intake if you are taking ,
eat fresh fruits in good quntity , and green leafy vegetables ,
avoid backary product and fried food and junk food , red meat ,
dont eat heavily , eat less but frequnt and try to eat fresh fruits when you feel hungry ,
take good quntity of oral fluids like water , butter milk , fresh fruits juices , lime juice, coconut water etc.,
go for regular walk in nature , do yogas and pranayams
if all this not work then consult family physician and get evaluted for your problem
