Less Motility Of My Sperms

I am having the problem of less motility of my sperms when I tested with my doctor. wht food stuffs i can take to correct that.

Hi.. A well balanced and healty diet is needed. Diet with plenty of vegetables and fruits are needed.. A dose of multivitamin pills will also help.. Presence of any other associated medical conditions such as diabetes has to be addressed.. Reduce alcohol consumption too...

yeh today i did mysemen analysis, except motality which was 40 % every thing was upto the required level
