Lesions On Buttocks, Painful To Sit, Swollen, Irritated. Cause?

omg i am so thankful there's an online help.. well my name is Lee. I'm from Trinidad, Trinidad and Tobago. So my problem... So for about 3 to 4 days now i noticed i have 2 buttons on my both butt cheeks. They're like almost symmetrical to where they are located to each other. I've had it before a good few months ago but I squeezed it and it stayed away until now. On my left cheek, that one does not hurt when I sit but its more noticeable of a button like a ready-to-burst button on the face but its covered by my skin/flesh, so it cant squeeze and pop, i believe because from that time when I squeezed it, it left a scar. On my right butt cheek its worst. I cant sit properly cause it hurts. I think from sitting, irritated it and is swollen to the circumference of maybe the average size if you meet your index finger with your thumb to make a circle. At centre you can feel the little tip. I really need to know what caused it and how to get rid of it please! I went to work today and couldn't even sit properly. Thank you very much in advance.

Welcome to HCM.You may be having a superficial boil/abscess at the pressure points on the buttocks where you sit.Another possibility which needs to be ruled out would be that of perianal fistula. You need to be examined by your PCP who can investigate and treat as per the clinical findings found. You will probably need antibiotics and analgesics,a soft cushion or a partially filled scooter wheel tube will help protect the pressure points which are damaged .
