Leg turning red, itchy and swollen, turning white around ankle, spreading. Need some cure

My leg has been turning red and swollen. it has been difficult to wear normal shoes. It was turning white white around the ankle and i began putting lotion on it as it was feeling very rough. The last couple of days, it has started to spread. It is redder, the leg and foot are more swollen and tingly and constantly itching madly.

Could be Asteatotic Eczema(Xerotic eczema) with secondary infection due to constant scratching

Take an oral antibiotic like Droxyl(Cefadroxyl) 500mg twice daily for 7 days
Apply Tenovate-Gn cream twice daily.
Take tab Zyrtec 10mg once daily.
use moisturiser regularly on legs after the Cellulitis and eczema resolve.
