Leg Pain, Tight Feeling. Cure For Symptoms?

Hi, both my legs ache from the thigh to the ankle and my knee joints hurt. They also feel tight, not really swollen. I am a 33 yr old female who is usually fit and active. I have just driven across Canada so have basically spent the last 5 days sitting down (my backside also aches). It sort of feels like my legs do during and after a long flight, but it's never lasted this long before... Should I be worried enough to see a doctor, or is there anything I can do to relieve the pain and get them back to normal? Also I am making the return journey in a few weeks, is there anything I can do to make it more comfortable?
Many thanks
Kate

Hello Kate,
Looks like you have driven a long distance with too less breaks during your journey.
While driving we use or leg (thigh to foot) muscles a lot.
Please don't get worried if there is no swelling or change in skin color from thigh to foot in both legs.
At night, keep your feet slightly elevated while sleeping when making your return trip.
Hope this helps.
