Leg Muscle Cramps. Taken Cider Vinegar And Honey. Best Thing To Do?
I have just woken up to excruciating leg muscle cramps or spasms in the muscle running down from the top of my leg in the front. it is frightening me with the pain and agony. What is the best thing that I can do please? it has happened a few times lately and muscle seems to be very tight for some reason. I have just taken some cider vinegar and honey . Is there any way that I can prevent this from happening for the future?

From description , symptoms you have are more suggestive of muscle cramps. These are often caused by muscle fatigue, heat, or dehydration.You can ease muscle cramps by stopping whatever triggered them.
Gently stretch or massage your lower leg muscle. Applying heat to tight muscles or cold to tender muscles may ease some symptoms. Proper conditioning and stretching can help prevent problems in the future.
I would suggest getting this evaluated by doctor for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
I also advice you some lifestyle changes such as:
Quitting smoking if you are smoker
Adopting a healthier diet
Managing weight if you aare overweight
Exercising, gradually increasing walking distance over time
