Leg Ligament Sprain, Tennis Elbow, Fingers, Toes Joint Pain. Tendocare, Calcium Tablets Ineffective. Hypothyroidism History. Advise?
I have a ligument sprain for my left leg after a fall on the staircase 25 years back, in winters and with the use of A/c I get lots of pain for my left leg. I too have tennis elbow for my right hand with lots of pain. I have fingers and toes joint pain and lots of body pain too. Doctor has suggest me tendocare and calcium tablets but still the pain there. I amm too a hypothyroid patient. Can you please suggest me my problem.

Hello Thanks for posting your query. Multiple joint pain and body pain could be due to deficiency of calcium and vit d. For tennis elbow, you have to do give rest and avoiding screwing movement. Do regular muscle stretching and strengthening exercises. Take calcium and vit d supplements as advised by your doctor. Hope this will helps you.
