The problem you are facing may be the complication of the fracture
or a fresh problem. To rule out the cause X-ray and CT or MRI is needed. It may be Arthritis
of bone or other tissue related issue. If you have finance related issue than you can do your MRI in govt. hospital or in any Charitable trust where its cost is very less but you may have to wait for your turn. Till you get your MRI follow some precautions:
1. Avoid lot of walking or weight bearing on ankle.
2. Do regular hot fermentation of your ankle.
3. Wear ankle cap or crepe bandage almost all the time.
4. Use special shoe which are upto 1/3 of the leg to support the ankle joint.
5. Take analgesic
and apply diclo gel locally in severe pain
