Hi, was in spin class & lost my footing & the pedals hit my leg. This was a week ago & my foot & lower inside & front leg are bruised, swollen, itchy & painful, painful to walk as it feels like a pressure on the injury. I can t wear a sock as it feels like its cutting into my leg. Is this normal & usual to feel like this fter a week?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you have described are likely to be related to a soft tissue injury. However it is best to rule out any bone injury after an X-ray. Avoid weight bearing on the foot till then and get some mild pain killers prescribed.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Praveen-Tayal
