Leg Cramps, Charlie Horses In Legs, Difficulty In Walking. Working I Airlines. Cause?

Hello I am a 59 year old women I work around 32+ hours a week...at the airlines..I have been having a lot of problems with leg cramps and charlie horses in my legs between my ankles and knees so so painful...I take vitiamins relgiously had them last night I hurt so bad could not walk it was awful...what could be causing these?

Hello,

If this is a single episode then it is most likely due to muscle cramps due to stress to the joint and muscles by standing for long hours.

Relax your muscles, do not stand for a long time, maintain good body posture and wear flat heels.

Continue vitamins. Analgesic for a couple of days could be my advice.
